My ESG Planet is a SaaS platform and consultancy service aimed at supporting enterprises with Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) management — including carbon-footprint, supply-chain assessment, reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CSRD), risk management, and more. My ESG Planet
The website serves as the entry point for potential clients: it must communicate credibility, complexity of offering, differentiators, and drive actions (e.g., demo booking).

Problem Statement

From a UX perspective, some of the challenges include:

  • The offering is complex (many modules/features) → the site needs to simplify and make digestible.

  • Users (likely enterprise buyers) may be at different stages (just exploring vs ready-to-buy) → site needs to support both.

  • Conveying trust, expertise and differentiation in a competitive ESG software/consulting market.

  • Clear call-to‐action (CTA) to book a demo or contact sales, without overwhelming with options.

Solution

The resulting AI-powered scheduling app offers a seamless user experience, allowing individuals and businesses to effortlessly manage their schedules.

Results

The UX enhancements for My ESG Planet led to a more intuitive and engaging digital experience. By simplifying complex information and clearly separating the software platform from consulting services, users could easily understand the offerings. Improved navigation and strategically placed CTAs increased engagement and demo requests. The refined layout and optimized mobile design enhanced accessibility, leading to longer browsing sessions. Visual consistency and the inclusion of trust elements, such as global standards and partnerships, strengthened brand credibility. Overall, the redesign transformed My ESG Planet’s website into a clear, credible, and conversion-driven platform that effectively supports user and business goals.
